I can still fit into a size 14 (just about)...12 here I come! Angie Stone interview

Arghhh! Today's work-out with Nico was haaard! She asked me how I felt after and strangely enough, even though I was out of breath for most of it-I felt good!

You know all of those happy people that walk around with smoothies and sweatbands? Today I turned into one! I guess it's true what those fit folk say-it makes you feel better!

Nico bought along a little sliding thing that looked like a pair of handlebars on wheels-she had me sliding back and forth on it while keeping my back straight, as if I were doing press-ups...take a moment to imagine that people, please (good job there's no picture of that)!

I'm soooo excited about The Girl Next Door's interview with Angie Stone-she talks about her upcoming book, D'Angelo and what really went down with J Records...that's on Monday at 8pm UK-time on www.playvybz.com (for the previously uniniatiated)!I can't believe she didn't see a penny from the Black Diamond album...imagine!

I'm thinking about what to do for Mother's Day...if the pavements are as icy as today I guess I'll be hibernating! The Playvybz Fam and I will be down at the 13th (wow) annual In Celebration of My Sisters at the Hackney Empire on 22nd March providing quality tunes (of course) and watching MOBO winner YolanDa Brown (previous Playvybz guest), Lovers Rock Queen Carroll Thompson, Donna Spence (previous Playvybz guest), Felicity Ethnic, Eddie Nestor, Fola, ITV's Charlene White, Brenda Emmanus and Fola (previous guest on Soul 4 Life) to name a few...I can't wait to get out and catch up with what's going on. Anybody who's anybody will be there (again, for the uninitiated) so I better start picking my dress!

In case you're wondering why tonight's rant is somewhat shorter than before ask Nico-my shoulders are killing!
