- I own a licensed Internet radio station based in south west London. Programmes and live, unscripted and produced by DJs and hosts themselves. Past interviewees include Estelle, Omar, Dylan from P.Diddy's MTV show Making the Band, Martha Beck (Oprah magazine) and Rachel Elnaugh (resident on BBC's Dragon's Den). We also deliver programmes in DJ-ing and Radio Journalism for schools and youth organisations.

What is this rollercoaster we call eating?
Food is only for fuel, right? Wrong!
Food is an evil temptress, designed to make me loose all self control. This time last year I could fit into size 12 trousers-size 12! I'm annoyed, I'm really annoyed...
I've refused to buy any tasty snacks-all you'll find downstairs are bananas, oranges, apples, seeds, sea vegetables (yeah I said it, sea vegetables), boullion powder (a snack according to the packaging-for anyone who knows what that is all… Continue

I'm in the South London Press...oh my dayz oh my...oh my dayz oh my...did you log on for it?
This weekend was another mad one in the studio...for those of you that lock in to the Oh My Dayz show with MSM on Sundays already know how they get down!
Maxie, Merthy and Big T manned the decks as usual-what was special about last Sunday's show was the guests...Maxie's gorgeous (and polite and well-behaved) little boys Khi and Kade assisted, and Jay (Ariwa) and Richard Roe got on the mic and did some exclusive freestlyes for us with MSM.
By the end of the show there was a grand total of seven… Continue

my daughter (aged 12) is really interested in music production. She has just recorded her first track, plus makes her own beats etc using Fruity Loops, but she would like to know more. A lot of her friends are also into the music, so if something could be tailored for them?
Just wondering about your training for young people. Does this have to be specifically through a school or club, or could a group of friends who wanted to learn music production etc come and participate?
