Connecting women of colour online

There's been a lot of discussion about the term 'Lipstick entrepreneurs' currently being used to describe women in business.

The debate was stoked up by a recent article in the Times http://women.timesonline.co.uk/tol/life_and_style/women/fashion/art....

What do you think? Would you describe yourself as a lipstick entrepreneur? Or simply as a woman in business? I'd love to know your thoughts. :-)

Interesting article.
I don't think I am a Lipstick Entrepreneur. I am simply an entrepreneur as described by Jonathan Selby:
"An entrepreneur is someone who creates and sells a product or service that makes life more efficient. (Reducing the cost of something, increasing somethings quality.) "
