make up and grooming

The few times that i have been to the US i have always been impressed by how professionally dressed groomed and polished our american cousins look. I would like to achieve this look ,well as near as possible , for myself and to front my company. I have very very very sensitive skin I have found clarins which works very well but bec of my sensitive skin it means that makeup has been mascara and vaseline as lip gloss. yes you've gussed it i neeeeeeddd help
