iaability to sign in from home page

Hi All, is it just me or has someone noticed it is not possible to sign in from our preciousonline.co.uk home page? i am puzzled. could someone clariify please?
I am under the impression most URLs make their sites easiest to access in order
not to miss any traffic.
I attempted to send an email the link (info) and outlook express came up. this howerver
is not userfriendly at all. are we not missing out on memebrs fue to these little
inconveniences?
If there's some explanation, I do appreciation clarification.
