I heard on news today some secondary school students (UK)are setting out to attend inauguration of Barrack in the US.


Do you know of any such arrangements from the 52 states in Africa? In
my view at least every country from that zone should send a representative student.
For, surely if anyone needs motivation and inspiration, we do (the so-
called Third world nations)


Does anyone have a way to find out? How can we float this idea if not

already on the agenda?
